The Junior Suite was pretty spacious and had a nice balcony which was cool. The bathroom was decent too, but overall the room felt good. Storage was nice with a fridge and a kettle, making it comfortable. Nothing too fancy, but it did the job. Kind of what you'd expect for the price, so no big complaints here.

missingWrote a review on 24 Febterrace viewsmodern designski lifthigh charges
Modern, stylish design creates a cozy atmosphere. The bar offers breathtaking terrace views, perfect for unwinding after skiing. Proximity to the ski lifts simplifies access to the slopes, making it easy for a day of runs.
High additional charges for amenities can catch guests off guard, like the €20 fee for spa access after 2pm, which feels unnecessary. Room temperature issues were a common complaint, with some rooms reported as too hot, making sleep uncomfortable. Dining options showed limited variety. for instance, certain menu items were unavailable or poorly executed, not meeting the luxury expectations set by the hotel's ambiance. the ski shuttle service ran infrequently, posing logistical challenges for timely slope access.

We had an awesome time with the group, hitting the slopes all day. The ski rentals and breakfast spread were highlights for us. The cozy bar was perfect for winding down after skiing. Just remember to book spa sessions early to secure your spot!
One night, a local party took over the restaurant, making it impossible for us to eat or drink there as it was too crowded.

Perfect ski-in/ski-out experience!
I absolutely loved the convenient ski-in/ski-out access, allowing me to hit the slopes right from my room. The heated boot lockers were a game changer for my morning routine, ensuring my boots were warm and dry every day. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring an array of freshly made options, including pastries and a selection of healthy choices. The bar area also provided a cozy atmosphere with stunning terrace views, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing. One aspect to consider improving would be the limited variety in the dining menu during dinner service.
